A high-level bilingual executive with first-level prospecting, relationship-building, and development skills. With 30+ years of experience in the port commercial field, customer service, logistics, shipping, and customs, I have interacted with all areas of the production chain for local, national, and international trade, as well as with local and foreign authorities, the latter in pursuit of both commercial and certification processes such as BASC and ISO.I helped develop the business plan of Pharo, a shipping agency with a national presence, managing to attend to new categories of customers and cargo, and also accompanying the organizational restructuring of the company. Thanks to this, we could accompany the installation of 6 new industrial users inside the park.As a commercial manager with BCT (an SSA/SPSM partnership) I was involved with the commercial and operational development of a container terminal from its Green Field state; directly negotiating with shipping lines, customers, authorities, and users in general at the local, national, and international levels. Additionally, from the commercial office, we were in charge of the development and implementation of a business plan for the handling of commodities in the terminal of SPN/BITCO, where we attended dry bulk cargo, chemicals, liquids, steel, coal, coke, and breakbulk.In Hubemar, together with the local and regional team, I managed to optimize processes and services, maximizing the operability of its human resources through training in specific competencies of its collaborators. With this, we were able to increase the volume of invoicing and monthly orders and implemented in-house operation systems in strategic accounts, managing 3PL and 4PL processes in Colombia.I participated in the creation and implementation of the marketing plan and growth of the SPRB terminal from the year when it began its activities, as well as in the closing of business with shipping lines, operators, and customers, to consolidate and promote the terminal internationally, in the country and local area of influence. This was done with a focus on multipurpose cargo, fulfilling with this, the requirements of cargo volumes and market share established by our partners.
