The project was completed on time, on budget and with no disruption to the business.The Warehouse Management System (WMS) system project objective was to find and implement a solution to service 20-plus warehouses (retail and distribution) and four manufacturing facilities. I performed two roles, the first one was as the Metrie Lead for the vendor selection. Once the vendor was selected I became the implementation Project Manager.
