As the Project Manager, I successfully lead a cross-functional team to migrate two manufacturing plants to Metrie’s SAP landscape. The project was completed on time, on budget and with no disruption to the business.The Warehouse Management System (WMS) system project objective was to find and implement a solution to service 20-plus warehouses (retail and distribution) and four manufacturing facilities. I performed two roles, the first one was as the Metrie Lead for the vendor selection. Once the vendor was selected I became the implementation Project Manager.

Also responsible for all SAP enterprise platform services and operations and for the IT Project Management Office (PMO). Zinkgruvan migration project was the migration of a local SAP instance to Lundin’s enterprise SAP single instance. As a project manager, I lead the migration delivering the initiative on time, under budget resulting in processes standardization with best practices such as the financial month-end, procurement, plant maintenance, among others.As the Global PMO, I implemented the methodology with process and policies and managed the global project portfolio for Lundin.As the project manager, I delivered on time and on budget, the automation of the warehouse automation for the operations in Portugal and Chile resulting in process time reduction by 90 percent, inventory accuracy in 25 percent and customer service level.
