• Understanding the scope of the project & constructing a WBS appropriate for the specific project • Assists the Resident Construction Manager and the Superintendents in the preparation of the construction plan • Attends progress meetings and reports on the current situation and notes all changes in the forward plans and any restrictions on progress• Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams • Monitoring the progress of the project at different stages of its development • Presenting the schedule of work to project teams in the company and the client organisation involved with the project • Revise the approved baseline schedule only when a change order indicates a change in scope or duration • Conducting meeting with Project Team, Client, Subcontractor and inform them about Schedule criticality and constrains • Preparation of S-Curves to monitor the progress using Schedule data • Evaluate the cause of deviations from the plan by running a delay analysis and taking corrective actions to address deviations • Analysing deviations, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions. Assisted in preparation of EOT claims • Performing Critical Path Analysis to find out the problem areas in Project schedule and inform to project team • At the close out of the project, assists in developing and recording the project’s historical schedule information and “lessons learned”, for use on future enterprise projects
