After that, as marketing assistant, I coordinated a lot of company events, web site development, advertising campaigns (Newsletter), endomarketing, and the creation of the Social Responsibility Plan, that gained later the "Empresa Amiga da Criança" Certification. After one year I was called to work in the Sales dep. as Backoffice Manager, doing administrative and creative solutions to daily issues. I created procedures and tables that reduced the burocracy and time spent making proposals and quotes.
