Configured ArcGIS Field Maps and Trimble GPS units. Trained Township staff on GIS processes and workflows. Built Operations Dashboards, Web Maps, and automated processes. Created documentation for standardized, repeatable results when performing GIS updates and queries. Designed, built & refined municipal water and wastewater systems using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), working directly with clients to help them achieve their goals. Integrated GIS with Asset Management Systems such as Cityworks. Deployed and oversaw GIS solutions for field work, including mobile GIS and collection systems. Managed a team of GIS technicians and developers and coordinated their work on projects, in-person as well as remotely after March 2020.

Waterford, Mi

Developed, built and managed municipal water and wastewater systems in a GIS from as-builts, CAD, survey data, inspection information, and other resources. Planned and created geodatabase schemas with required feature classes, creating & attributing features, and performed error checking. Leveraged existing GIS data for use in company projects. Analyzed and interpreted data from shapefiles, databases and spreadsheets. Performed field work including collection of GPS points, elevation & topographic surveys and staking of layouts.

East Lansing, Michigan

Used ArcMap 10 to create and attribute features, deriving information from GPS points, as-builts and CAD drawings. Associated aerial imagery with respective geographic locations using ArcMap and ArcCatalog. Located requested aerial imagery for clients.

Dearborn, Michigan

Mapped water and sewer features such as manholes, catch basins, fire hydrants and roadboxes throughout the city of Dearborn using real time kinematic (RTK) GPS. Used a Trimble GeoXH 6000 GNSS receiver or a Nikon NIVO 3.M total station to collect data. Transferred, exported and uploaded this data to a site for further analysis by coworkers.

East Lansing, Michigan

Worked with a team of other students to paint and clean dormitories. Assisted students with moving and assembled and dismantled furniture. Preformed maintenance and small scale repairs in residence halls and held light janitorial duties.

Lansing, Michigan Area

Conducted air monitoring at numerous asbestos abatement projects across mid-Michigan. Prepared and tested air samples to ensure sufficient air quality using phase contrast microscopy (PCM) to count quantities of fibers. Acted as an intermediary between the abatement contractor and the building owner. Checked workers and the abatement area for compliance to OSHA standards.
