• Reported directly to the CFO.• Worked directly with this company, and I was responsible for their financial management, including but not limited to, cash management, cashflow forecast, managing all relations with banks, and monitoring all short-term and long-term loans and all other lines of credit.• Managed their all relations with leasing and financing providers, starting from getting them quoted, moving to calculating foreseen costs and negotiating interest rates, and ending with settling deals.• Planned for all future payments to make sure they were paying all their liabilities within a timely manner and with no issues at all.• Was responsible for approving all payments including ACHs, domestic and international wires, checks and E- Checks after receiving the proposals from the accounting team.• Monitored the main accounts significantly affecting their cashflow, including but not limited to, inventory on hand, accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).• Created, prepared and monitored a master file that linked purchases, sales, inventory on hand “in/out”, AR and AP together, which helped in discovering and resolving the different types of issues affecting their cashflow.• Handled the relations with a few extremely important vendors through making sure all parties were satisfied.• Reported the cash status to the BOD on a weekly basis, which helped in keeping it under control.
