I have many years of experience in retail Industry where I am working from 1996 – till present. I have developed many of my skills like Team work, organise the work loads, Relationship management (Employer & Customers), Decision making, Leadership, Conflict management etc. Here I believe, These skills are built confident on me and my Manager which that I can run the department without management help. By doing very good customer service in Tesco have been achieved best customer service award.Also I have worked in an office environment as an Administrator in many places like High commission of India, Natwest, AIG Insurance Company, Solicitor’s Office and Estate Agent.All the above roles are the challenging, responsibility roles where I have to meet the target of selling the properties, processing the passports for issuing visas, updating the Insurance and pension files etc. I have learnt advertising, convincing, processing the return letters & searching the correct customer address (researching skills)etc. Achieved how to do very good case reports on both parties and maximise the sales. Got appreciation from higher authorities which I felt that my achievement. According to my Manager’s work load and not able to planning and organising by the management team. Instead I took that pressure to plan and organise their schedules’ including accounts without losing any company profits. I had treated specially in a meeting and gift vouchers was (precious present) given by company Director which I felt that was the achievement.
