CurrentProcessing entire order-to-delivery process for high volume orders. Job duties include Order receiving, job order creation, sending/receiving design information for embroidery logo, arranging embroidery prototype, sending images to the customer for approval, preparing running sheet with customer order details, confirming merchandise receipt by packing list, updating delivery schedule information to customers, submit final order for production.• Coordinated embroidery design processing with shop floor and merchandise inventory with warehouse• Created/edited technical documentation for embroidery design and drawings for shopfloor manufacturing sheets• Modified embroidery design parameters to create new designs using image editors and special software for embroidery designs• Ensured technical documentation correctness and accuracy of customer project details• Assisted in order tracking and inventory management
