I've spearheaded initiatives to provide a robust platform for SBP teams, ensuring thorough preparation for the National Championship in the upcoming year.The introduction of the Sweetsixteen tournament has been pivotal, creating opportunities for under-16 SBP players. With 8 boys and 8 girls teams, we've established a dynamic showcase for emerging talent, setting the stage for future basketball stars.Recognizing the need for enhanced facilities, we've elevated the SBP basketball experience by organizing tournaments in covered arenas. This strategic shift mitigates weather challenges, ensuring competitions adhere to appropriate specifications, raising the overall standard of the game.In 2018, the Liga Alumni SBP was born, showcasing enduring talent within the SBP system. This extended league format provides a platform for players, allowing them to display skills over a longer duration, contributing significantly to their development.My role involves seeking ways to elevate competition in SBP tournaments, providing the right facilities and qualified officials for fair play.Moreover, connecting with sponsors who share our vision of grassroots development is ongoing. Led a groundbreaking pilot project in collaboration with University Technology Mara at Dungun, Terengganu, to test and validate the efficiency of our 360 vertical wind turbine.Successfully collected data that demonstrated the turbine's remarkable capability to generate electricity even in low wind speeds, as little as 2ms.Utilized the data obtained from the pilot project to advocate for wind energy as a viable and sustainable source of renewable energy.Played a pivotal role in influencing government policies and regulations by presenting compelling evidence to support the integration of wind energy into the national energy grid.Contributed to the development of the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) program, providing incentives and support for renewable energy producers, including wind power, to encourage its widespread adoption.Through our innovative pilot project and the resulting data, we have made significant strides in promoting wind energy as a reliable and efficient source of renewable power. By influencing government policies and regulations, we have helped pave the way for a cleaner and more sustainable future. In my role as a Senior Associate at KGV, I have been actively involved in the agricultural sector, specifically focusing on investment opportunities. One notable project in 2016 was the offer our group received to develop 100,000 hectares of Palm Oil Integrated Industries in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa.As part of the project, our team took the initiative to organize a visit for the officials from the Republic of Guinea, including the Ministers of Commerce. The visit involved key stakeholders such as SME BANK, MITI, SEC, and other relevant agencies. This provided an excellent platform for productive discussions, collaborations, and partnerships to explore the potential of the palm oil industry in the region.Through our efforts, we aimed to create investment opportunities, foster economic growth, and contribute to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The project showcased our ability to identify and capitalize on promising ventures, while also forging strong relationships with government bodies and industry players.Working in the agricultural investment sector has allowed me to leverage my skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management. I am committed to making a positive impact in the industry by identifying and implementing sustainable investment opportunities that drive growth and contribute to the overall development of the agricultural sector.

As an NBA Jr. NBA Coach, I had the privilege of implementing the fundamentals of the Jr. NBA S.M.I.L.E program in schools across the central regions. It was a rewarding experience to be entrusted with the responsibility of coaching and mentoring the youth in their basketball journey.The program aimed to instill important values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance in young athletes, using basketball as a platform for personal growth and development. It was truly a blessing to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with the next generation of basketball players.However, we faced challenges due to the hazy conditions that limited outdoor activities and disrupted the regular school schedule. Despite these obstacles, we remained committed to our mission of empowering the youth through basketball. We adapted our coaching methods and found innovative ways to engage with the students, ensuring that they continued to benefit from the program.Being able to positively influence the lives of young individuals and contribute to their holistic development through sports was a truly fulfilling experience. Witnessing their growth and seeing their smiles as they embraced the game was a constant reminder of the power of sports in shaping character and building life skills.I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the Jr. NBA program and to have made a difference in the lives of the youth through basketball. This experience further reinforced my passion for coaching and mentoring, and I am committed to continuing my efforts in empowering young athletes to reach their full potential.
