In this role, I was responsible for estate administration case management. I also conducted team trainings on tools and features of the law practice management software, recorded video training materials for later use and implemented a document automation tool for the estate administration team.

I provided case management and client relationship support to Attorney Lora M. Howard for estate planning, probate and trust death administration matters, and further assisted with implementation of new software and tools to optimize efficient law firm operations.

I handled all probate and trust death administration matters for Spangler Estate Planning. In addition to legal work, I oversaw the majority of accounts payable and accounts receivable for this growing law firm. As the tenured paralegal, I conducted staff meetings and performed some of the functions of an office manager, as well.
