As a marketing research and communications manager at Prével, a residential real estate company, I’m in charge of conducting and analyzing surveys, as well as individual interviews and focus groups, in order to improve our product and service and go beyond customers’ expectations. I’m committed to delivering a customized and enjoyable experience at every touchpoint with our brand. I also write promotional material, blog articles and various communications .My first role at Prével was as a marketing manager for our retirement residences division. I was in charge of planning and implementing all promotional activities including special events where I enjoyed being in contact with our residents and potential customers and getting their feedback on our offers.Before joining Prével, I worked for two marketing research consulting firms, CROP and Zins Beauchesne et associés, and was involved in a wide variety of projects in industries such as tourism, media and banks. I also taught a consumer psychology course in English to undergraduates at HEC Paris. The course introduced students to consumer behavior theories from psychology, sociology and anthropology as well as their marketing applications. Marketing research methods were also covered with practical exercises. My colleagues describe me as an enthusiastic person who invests herself in her work and on whom you can count on.
