I am also a final year as a Business Management student at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where I learn and apply the best practices and strategies in the field of HR. My passion for HR stems from my previous experience as an Administrative Assistant at This Dot, Inc, where I supported the CEO in screening applicants and starting their interview process. I also developed strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills as a Lead Business Office Associate at CarMax, where I coordinated and facilitated the sales transactions, customer service, daily tasks within the business office, and paperwork for the store. I am well organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, and a quick learner. I am a team player who is eager to grow and develop my HR career.
