Primary focus was supporting a local utility and their partner cities involved identifying specific sustainability and energy goals for each partner – designing programs unique to each, and creating logic models to help track project success and identify room for improvement.

This opportunity allowed me to to support both an amazing consulting firm in one capacity and the German Development Organization (GIZ) in another. -I managed stakeholder communication and interaction, project evaluation and supporting research for a river restoration project in Tanzania; identified program weaknesses and vulnerabilities, assessed operation and made recommendations to program operators; and acted as on-site program manager responsible for conducting and coordinating reviews, research, analysis and preparation of written reports. - Produced local adaptation and mitigation guides for climate change adaptation in India, establishing foundation of understanding of climate change and adaptation measures in coastal rural India to increase local security.- Research and document production to support energy efficiency finance projects in India.

Position included curriculum production and management for local students of various age groups. In addition, weekly evaluations, mentoring of students, regular communication with parents, and training of new teachers constituted position responsibilities.
