As a Bioquell Validation Co-ordinator I am responsible for the set-up of validation projects following the sale of capital equipment for Bioquell’s customers. This will include creating document packages, ensuring all kits and consumables are on site and that the Validation engineers have all the necessary information to carry out the work of a wide range of innovative bio-decontamination equipment, utilised within life sciences, healthcare and pharmaceutical environments. Other responsibilities:Conversing with all levels of stakeholders.Creating KPI reports each month.Creating export invoices.Keeping stock of department consumables. In charge of the Validation schedule for all engineers.Create meetings. Create sales orders and purchase requisitions.Checking scope of work, and planning time for engineers.Scheduling engineer training.Creating certificates.Occasionally booking hotel, flights, covid tests for engineers.Assisting Manager with workload and the wider team.Liaise with customers to arrange suitable timescales for work.To ensure that the customer completes in a timely manner the questionnaires to allow the project to be managed through to completion successfully.To create customer specific document packages.To ensure that all consumables are ordered in a timely manner such that they are on site in sufficient numbers with the right shelf life for the work to be completed.To maintain all Validation documents and share these with sales offices globally.To assist with the Validation training program.To assist engineers with queries whilst they are at customer sites.Act as a Bioquell representative with their customersI've also taken on the responsibility of Global DDM administrator for the company.
