The mentors are supported to propel our young participants towards crafting expert business plans and pitches with the issues young people care about, and their own ideas leading the work they do. With expertise in project coordination and PMO functions, in this role my focus is on delivering programs that fuse education with real-world applications. I continually reflect on how the organisational functions deliver regarding process efficiency and successful communication which are vital in our small, Not for Profit team.
