Throughout my work at Cypress Creek Hospital I have been able to practice and use patience along with understanding to best engage with those who I help. I have been allowed the opportunity to learn about new cultures and how each diagnosis presents itself, all have made me a better technician and allow me to grow with each new patient. Building an immediate rapport and maintaining that rapport is critical to the success and flow of the unit. Working at Cypress Creek Hospital has instilled the need to have a strong and united system with your co-workers, and cemented my skills with attention to detail and multitasking. My work at Macys has taught me to be organized, attentive, confident, and thorough when working with Macys colleagues in stores and in corporate positions. In the Asset Protection department, maintaining professional in high risk situations are pivotal when concluding the outcome of a situation that the store depends on to remain operable. Making live prosecution dispositions and finalizing legal cases for stores across the United States has positively impacted my decision-making skills and allow me to overcome any immediate challenges presented.
