Part of Raffles Hotel Singapore Restoration Project Core Team to plan, strategize, execute and drive Reopening sales activities.Support DOSM in developing and executing the Reopening Sales & Revenue strategy plan.Support DOSM in daily Sales & Marketing activities and managing the Corporate, Tours & Travel and MICE team including motivating the Sales team towards their sales targets and resolving operational issues.Provide support to property GM, DOSM & DRM to maximize revenue and capitalize on business opportunities.Target on getting both Travel Trade and MICE business from various market segments like Wholesalers, Tour Operators, DMCS, PCOs, Consortia and Corporate accounts.Assist DOSM to oversee the Sales Processes, Sales Programs, RFPs, and Tour Wholesale Contracting.Assist & support DOSM to develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies for Sales & Marketing. Assist in the planning of Sales & Marketing long-range plans (3-5 years) and budget. Involved in the pricing and revenue management (forecast, yield management, adjusting group parameters, group pace, etc) to ensure profitable revenue growth from the various market segments.Leverage key customers relationships to drive business to hotel and sister hotels in the region.Actively support & participate in the hotel special and ad-hoc projects as and when is required.
