Reporting directly to the CHRO for a large scale project management organization, providing executive assistant support and chief of staff for the HR Leadership Committee.

Manage a team of senior data analysts focused on report creation utilizing HR datasets and providing data analysis to business stakeholders.

Responsible for planning and preparation for the launch of a new global team to provide HR Data & Analytics services. Initial prepartion included working with global HR colleagues currently performing reporting and dashboard support to gather, analyze and identify opportunites for efficiency through scalability. Preparation for the launch of services also includes staffing a global team as well as coordinating training and upskilling team members. The team's primary daily activities include working across other HR Service Delivery Leaders as well as HR Communities of Expertise and HR Business Partners to provide reporting and dashboard services, identifying key performance metrics and providing business insights.

Contribute to the successful transformation of the HR organization to increase the use of shared and self services through a new HR model focusing on four pillars, including People Operations, Communities of Expertise, Global Business Unit HR Business Partners and Executive HR. Phase I of the project included interviewing the entire HR population to collect work activity allowing for full analysis and re-organization of the HR structure. Phase II included creating process maps for all HR work streams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Manager HR Services and HR Data & Analytics. As well as creating Org structures for each newly defined work stream. Phase III of the project consisted of implementing changes recommended through Phases I and II and required contributions to new job descriptions, change management and transition plan creation. Created and provided ongoing analysis of the project's performance through defined metrics. Throughout the project, this role required communication with all levels of the HR organziation including the Project Program Management office, Project Sponsers and the CHRO.

Gather and analyze functional HR requirements for system configuration and implementation in SAP. Work with global teams to define and refine requirements to mitigate risks cross functionally. Quality test system changes and create training materials and conduct demonstrations for end users. Notable projects include, implementation of automated HR Forms in SAP, conversion of relocation system processing from Assignment Pro SAAS to SAP R/3, HR support for Global payrolls converting from GPS to SAP Payroll and implementation of SuccessFactors Offboarding module.

 Serve as main point of contact for Australia Input team in regards to TalentWorks employee notice actions Complete Post-Audit of actions that have been input into SAP for accuracy as well as compliance with Bechtel Policy and procedures Responsible for coaching and on-going training and development of HR Reps on the Australia shift
