Partnering Aveda General Manager as their financial conscience and influencing commercial decisions ensuring they are smart, sensible, and right for the brand.•Responsible for defining the annual budget and ongoing financial estimates in conjunction with Brand General Managers for Aveda, Origins and Bumble & Bumble. •Developing 3 year strategy across multi category brands with unwavering focus on our customer and their trends and passions. •Assessing salon channel profitability (Aveda) and impacts of changing discount/promotional levers across more established groups.•Lead Post Launch ROI Reviews on new products/new doors performance.•Creation and launch support of promotional calculators used across commercial and Marketing leadership teams to assist in margin management. Evaluating financial impacts of strategic choices and suggests alternatives. •Lead Business review meetings with UK president and Finance VP. •Support on wider FP&A team recruitment and transition from FP&A to business Manager.
