• Coordinate front desk/reception area• High level communication skills both written and verbal• Answer and handle phone and email enquiries• Delivering quality customer service to a diverse range of individuals• Responsible for conducting the campus student enrolment process• Assist with sales and course enquiries, including follow-up• Develop and implement strategies for student engagement• Successful development and implementation of campus policies and procedures• Experience using a web-based Student Management System• Assist team members to achieve personal and campus KPI’s• Working knowledge of the VET Sector and related government legislation• Desktop publishing skills including checklists, newsletters, posters, flyers, contact letters• Ordering campus stationery and food supplies• Arrange weekly recognition lunches and student graduation event• Team player, consistently contributing to effective day to day operations of campus• Assist students to sign in and out of the campus• Provide technical support to students with computer operations• Arrange and assist with the delivery of campus events and fundraisers• Regular internal auditing of campus assets• Use of eRequester Procurement & Web Purchasing System• Social media site management e.g. campus Facebook and Instagram accounts• General administrative duties including photocopying, filing, printing and stocktake• Banking and mailing duties
