OVERVIEWI have recently graduated as BA (Hons) Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. I am currently looking for a position in a similar roll. Previously completed a FETAC Level 5 in Business Studies with a final grade Distinction.MY EXPERIENCEI have 4 years administration experience which has improved my my ability to work on my own initiative as well as along side other people. Working in an office environment has assisted me in perusing a role in HR. I also have 1 years customer service experience working in a fast past take away. This has given me valuable insight into customers behaviours and aiding them with the best solutions for any issues in which they encounter. As a past secondary school Prefect, I have been given excellent experience in leadership skills and team work. This role acted as a mentor to first year students and as an exam prefect helping organise State Examinations. From these experiences, I have developed social and personal skills that I believe are important in a HR role. IT SKILLSProficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. In my position in Roadstone the use of Oracle to raise purchase order numbers and invoices.OUTSIDE OF WORK Great interest in walking, aiming for 10,000 steps a day. Love to travel around Ireland and learn our culture.
