Next Step is committed to putting sustainable homeownership within their reach – and millions more by building the only national distribution system for Energy Star manufactured homes, complete with fair-market financing and training for successful ownership. Next Step has teamed up with the best manufacturers to ensure predictable time and costs. Our unique nonprofit/for-profit partnership creates a world of new opportunities. By replacing just 10 percent of mobile homes, our network will create 51,000 jobs, cut greenhouse gases by 2.4 million tons, save homeowners $240 million on energy bills – and change thousands of lives for the better.
