-The provision of new telecoms orders via WLR or LLU, and the management of existing orders- Setting up new customers on the billing platform to ensure they are billed correctly- Dealing with faults via Openreach and reporting back the customer with efficiency- Registering of new mobile phone orders, including SIM cards and hardware- Reporting billing figures, and generating accurate commissions for third-party dealers and ensuring their invoices are paid in a timely manner-Weekly and monthly analytics and data reporting covering a variety of aspects of the business, including finance, performance, customer yield. This also includes reporting on trends, and feeding back potential improvements.- CRM management and housekeeping- Overseeing staff sales figures and ensuring departmental consistency. - Working closely with offshore partners.- Compiling coherent information which is provided to senior management about customer lifespan and experience.- Daily management of the main company email inbox- Managing technical department workflows- Delegating tasks between staff members and departments- Managing sales order forms for telecoms, website advertising and gas & electricity customers, updating customer accounts, inputting new orders- Answering customer services calls, taking management escalations
