Piano Instructor to beginner through advanced students of any age. I combine my love of piano with my love of sharing the joy of music to anyone willing to learn. I use the most up-to-date, effective method books, homemade instructional games, and tailor an individual approach to match each student's learning style. Lessons include theory, ear training, sight reading, varied repertoire pulled from different musical eras, performance practice, and effective practice techniques.

I am a freelance accompanist often called upon to accompany churches, weddings, school events and competitions, and pit orchestras. I have gained experience throughout my many years of playing and currently accompany St. Patrick's Church in Onalaska, WI weekly. I accompanied throughout my high school and college years and continue to do so today. I accompany both instrumentalists and vocalists.

Work with a team dedicated to bringing active and social activities to older adults. I plan and implement various activities, parties, outings, and crafts to enrich the residents' lives.

Researched music's effects on the brain and its benefits for older adults including those with memory loss. Wrote an in-depth research paper and presented my research poster at Viterbo University's Scholar's Day Expo.
