Stocktakes- Participating in stocktakes in various stores across the country.Control Desk Operator- Assisting the supervisor with admin during the stocktake, e.g. ticketing store, entering area ranges, and monitoring ranges for missing areas.- Printing area lists and inventory progress reports.- Performing corrections from area checks.- Liaising with store staff and managers on performing area checks.Flow leading- Placing people in sections based on their experience. - Clearing area ranges to ensure all areas have been counted. - Sorting machines for a stocktake, e.g. downloading store data onto the machines, sending stock data from them, ensuring all are accounted for. - Liaising with store staff and managers e.g. explaining procedures, teach-ing staff how to perform checks with our equipment, updating managers on the stocktake progress.Scheduling- Handle schedule confirmations from my team. - Find replacements for cancellations. - Coordinating with my manager and team members in the case of a last minute store addition or cancellation.International trips I’ve represented the ROI office on multiple stocktakes abroad. Norway ’16 for 5 weeks (Aug–Sep) and ’17 for 3 weeks (Aug). Italy ’17 for 1 week (Jan) and Amsterdam ’17 (Sep) for 2 days.
