Spa Therapist
Being a very hands-on role with duties that expand across many challenging areas in a spa especially attending to disabled, elderly and pregnant cloients. No two days are ever the same so forward thinking is critical. Depending on the time of year I adhere to the scale of business. If needed I am a especially happy to help out a collegue if a shift needs covering. I prefer to be busy but if there are not many clients booked in there will always be something to clean or a new skill I can learn. I am currently self funding an advanced reflexology course through BSY college in my spare time. My objective is to ensure the business runs to maximum productivity. Working for a company as reputable and successful as Potters has strengthened my ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality and performance. It has also allowed me to improve and fine tune my skills An average day would start by looking at what is schedualed in for my morning, making sure my treatment room is comfortable and presentable for my first client to the highest standards.Qualifications and training; NVQ Level two and three Beauty Therapy. In house Elemis, Jessica, Mii and Espa product training and treatments.Hot Stone and pregnancy massage.
