Project managed ThedaCare’s open enrollment project. This impacted 6346 team members and supported a benefits budget of 80 million dollars. Overall project management of ThedaCare’s annual merit program along with operating as the HRIS lead for process improvements. This process impacted ~5,000 team members and awarded over 7 million dollars in merit. Led the HRIS work to process more than 30 million dollars (annualized) in market adjustments in 2022 across seven groups and five phases: improving the lives of 4,000 team members. Overall project management of the performance management project which impacted 5,328 team members. The project team created review templates, new dashboards for leaders, performed team member and leader training, and delivered updated job aids. Project manager and HRIS lead for the implementation of goal management within Workday at ThedaCare. This included the development of the goal templates, business processes, business training documents and reports. Project managed the creation of a workflow for ThedaCare’s United Way campaign. This impacted 5077 team members and resulted in the highest participation rate in three years. Project management of the ThedaCare’s fulfillment survey. Also performed the role of the technical lead to help improve the data capture as it related to retention and engagement.Project management of the HRIS tasks for bi-yearly Workday releases.
