Represented the company for national sales including festival and venue food and beverage management by finding new leads, cold calling, emailing, pitching products, and negotiating terms. Managed and directed 3 restaurants, a catering division, and the food and beverage operation that takes place at large and small festivals at the Empire Polo Fields. This includes festivals such as the largest Lacrosse tournament with 40,000 in attendance, and several more. Festival and event management include advancing all food and beverage menus, contracting third-party vendors, working with clients to meet their needs, working with county health departments and CA Alcoholic Beverage Control to obtain all necessary permits needed to operate. Employee management includes training and leading multiple managers from restaurants, to catering FOH operations, bars, and culinary teams.
