Responsible for interfacing between the facilities and the campus community, provide customer service and technical direction to staff in the facilities department.

Provides administrative support for the Office of Residential Life. The secretary is responsible for supervising student employees, managing the mail and package facility and serves as the first point of contact for the office. Additionally, the senior secretary maintains student files and oversees damage billing.
