Advancement Program Coordinator

- Oversee the day-to-day execution of programs, events, and customer service for the advancement office.
- Coordinate logistics for all fundraising, alumni, family, and all-community events on and off campus, including serving as a key liaison with vendors, hosts, volunteers, and campus offices.
- Work across the advancement office to support Annual Fund challenge drives, major gift fundraising initiatives, and engagement of alums and parents.
- Draft, edit, and send mass emails to various consituents through the CRM.
- Create online event pages, track registrations, serve as point of contact for all registrants, coordinate event followup emails, and disseminate pre- and post-event RSVP and attendance reports to gift officers and.
- Proofread/copy edit all major print materials and emails originating from the advancement office.
