• Led a cross-functional team to overhaul a sensor assembly manufacturing process decreasing related warranty claims• Initiated the validation and implementation of a new feed drum design on a compressed timeline which reduced a major functional issue through coordination with four separate functional teams • Selected to receive AG & Turf President’s Award of Excellence with eight teammates for aligned high performance teamwork• Reengineered belt drive system to eliminate major issue that was preventing machine from transitioning to full production• Validated new design concepts in corner harvesting conditions across global test sites• Launched an experimental harvesting product into full production by achieving reliability and performance goals
