- Recruiting: search for resumes, phone screen/interview, work with managers and setup interviews utilizing LinkedIn and Indeed- Travel Arrangements: book all rental cars, handle company car, hotels, and flights for employees, send travel options and compare costs.- Handle all internal phone lines: Fonality, Voxox. Setup new employee phones, send phone instructions, point of contact for help with phones, contracts- Reconcile rental car statements and full AmEx download monthly- Responsible for $2 million+ weekly in carrier checks, sorting & ensuring they are mailed to correct carriers on correct date, sending specific carrier checks via FedEx, pulling correct carriers for pickup, pulling carriers for rushed mail when given directions by Directors- Run personal salon within the office, manage haircuts for all employees- Load/monitor stamping machine funds, check invoices to be sure we’re billed correctly- Handle Absopure deliveries, check invoices to be sure we’re billed correctly- Write quarterly internal newsletters- In charge of weekly cleaning ladies, double checking their work and updating their cleaning list. Work with finance to be sure they’re paid correct amount monthly. - Handle all incoming deliveries/mail and distribute appropriately - Setup for meetings/handle all visitors- Handle all office maintenance issues- Handle office supplies orders
