Execute detailed new client plan set up by entering and verifying plan information for Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangement Accounts, Commuter Choice, Health Savings Accounts and COBRA Administration. Communicate and work one on one with brokers and/or clients and establish implementation expectations, timelines and deadlines. I prepare plan for entry by compiling and organizing data to prepare and enter the clients plan details into, SalesForce, Evolution1 and COBRApoint software systems. Work with insurance carries to set up direct claims for our Clients HRA Accounts. Process and implement client renewals, which includes: plan setups and verifying plan changes.

Work with the retail broker market and direct with the client to sell, install, service and retain employer group business in the NY, NJ and CT marketplace.
