- Assist and coordinate with Sales, Quality, Finance and Shipping departments- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Process orders via data entry, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. Work in several data bases including customer programs- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues- Run forecast reports, purchase orders and delivery pricing and terms

Moved my 89 year old mother in with me to care for her full time. Duties included medicine management, grocery shopping, heart healthy diet planning, picking up scrips and assisting with doctors appointments virtually, bathing and minor bathroom assistance. In July my mother was placed in Hospice care in my home and I worked with nurses to provide her with necessary medications, oxygen management, dressing changes, wound cleansing, comfort and pain management. She passed away peacefully in August.
