As a Cafe All- Rounder I greet people at the door and book them in using the computer. I take customers orders and serve them their food and drinks in quick consession. I can also make the drinks to a fast high standard. To take these orders I use an electronic machine, this includes taking payment. I am confident to answer the phone and place bookings into the online booking system.As a Kitchen Assistant I help prepare the food for the day as well as cooking and plating up. I also make sure that the kitchen stays as tidy as possible.
