Leading organizations to rise to the challenges before them and proactively evolve is what inspired me to earn my Masters in Organizational Leadership in 2018. The multi-dimensional nature of organizational effectiveness aligns with my ability to bridge disparate parts (or departments) together to achieve levels of service never before realized. And once people know how much they can accomplish, they don’t settle for less.I am easily fascinated and constantly curious, which inspires me to ask meaningful questions of an organization’s subject matter experts, executors, and administrators. Working with greater amounts of information enables me to see easily where wrinkles in processes can be smoothed out, what gaps need to be filled, and where redundancy serves the organization and where it is wasteful. Understanding the people of the operation enables me to address concerns directly, head off conflicts, and ease resistance. As much as I am committed to my own personal and professional growth, I am committed to teaching what I learn so that other leaders self-sufficiently may step into my shoes. This enables the bandwidth and capacity of the organization to continue scaling as its competency in executing strategic initiatives grows.
