The Technical development Program is geared towards accelerating your career through hands-on experience applying technology to solve complex business requirements. In this rotational program, I worked with a team of professionals from peers to senior managers on high profile assignments and participated in complementary training.

Assisted in launching a new product available to customers online. Tested the product for bugs and errors. Gave feedback and redesigned the customer interface. Used technical writing in order to create a Quick Reference Guide and an Instruction Manual to aid customers to easily use this new product. My work was later released with the product to customers.
