Assist with transactional overflow work, including: draft and negotiate NDA, sale, licensing & other complex commercial contracts for a variety of industry sectors, incl. entertainment (ie: sound production & lighting) and technology (ie: software); draft & negotiate related promissory, security, guaranty & other financing instruments; negotiate ground leases & other real estate transactions.

Support enterprise-level in-house teams with redlining/renegotiating backlogs of B2B/B2C, inbound/ outbound software & related agreements to increase efficiencies, prioritize renewals & update privacy clauses.

Review and clear video, print and other marketing assets for use on various social media, website, in-flight, point-of-purchase, mailed and other marketing, coordinating with Clearances, Brand, and Credits and Title Administration, for various Disney media channels (e.g., Disney+, Fox, Hulu, Disney Movie Club, in-flight magazines); review sweepstakes rules and elements and other promotional materials; draft, send out and follow up on NDAs, agreements for creative, production and publicity services, licensing agreements, co-promotional and cost sharing agreements, SOWs, MOUs, and artwork submission releases, and obtain COIs from our vendors.
