During this time I managed a real estate team. My job included managing, scheduling, contract compliance and daily customer relations with all clients offering a listing. I managed all contract compliance for the team's buyer's agents. I planned and executed monthly client appreciation events, open houses, newsletters, and holiday parties. I held weekly accountability meetings with all team members, insuring everyone was hitting personal and team goals.
