My passion and experience lies in customer service, sales and hospitality. I am available for work immediately within these sectors. Throughout university, I balanced two jobs with my local council, as a bartender and leisure attendent, with university work. My impeccable time management skills saw me successfully earn a First Class degree with Distinction from the University of Nottingham. My dedication and commitment to my employer, additionally, earned me further work through Bury Council. In early 2019 I spent three months working in an administrative role as an elections assistant before returning to work overseas. I have worked seven seasons abroad as a Service Delivery Representative with TUI, in multiple hotels, with various guest demographics, and in very different destinations. In between work, I have travelled independently esstensively. I have earned various awards for my impressive KPI results, including best sales, problem solving and customer service scores. In Summer 2018 I successfully completed the "JUMP" program into Junior Management whilst working in Croatia. In September 2019 I furthermore achieved another promotion to the role of Service Delivery Team Manager.I am incredibly passionate about travel and people. My friendly, enthusiastic manner and keen desire to learn new skills has seen me thrive in all my job roles. As such, I look forward to what the future holds.
