- Project Manager for Kāinga Ora's Tāmaki Large Scale Project Infrastructure and Civil delivery.Responsible for the identification, scoping, funding, project management and delivery of both local and precinct wide infrastructure to support the delivery of 11,000+ houses. This involved working closely with Auckland Council, CCO’s, and the wider Kāinga Ora team to ensure a coordinated and funded programme, along with working directly with the LEAD Alliance and asset owners to scope, fund and deliver individual infrastructure projects. - Project Manager for Shovel Ready Healthy Waters projects for Kāinga Ora. Responsible for the timely and effective scoping, funding, delivery and reporting of 5 major projects: Taniwha Reserve Upgrade, Dunkirk Road Culvert Upgrade, Tripoli Road Culvert Upgrade, Tamaki College Pipe Upgrade and Pilkington Road Pipe Upgrade.- Project Manager for Auckland Transport, various projects. Project management of various programmes of work and projects including the Vunerable Road User Programme, the ERAA programme, Papakura Park and Ride, Sunnynook Bus Station and the Wellesley Street Bus Improvements Detailed Business Case.- Programme Manager, Auckland Council's North West Growth Area Infrastructure Strategy ReportDrafted the first North West Growth Area Infrastructure Strategy Report, advising on the implementation and execution of funding, financing and growth strategies and policies, including the Development Contributions policy, the Auckland Long Term Plan, Auckland Area Plans, Future Urban Land Supply Strategy (FULSS) and other associated strategic documents to - Development Manager, Mike Greer DevelopmentsResponsible for the coordination of design and delivery of large multi-unit developments and projects. Providing effective feasibility studies, tender submissions and monitoring project budget, scope and programme through pre-construction design, planning and delivery.

- Project managing programmes of work across Building Consents for 26 major home builders, working closely with a network of partners, designers, engineers and consultants.- Overseeing a team of 11 processing officers, including coaching, providing technical support and mentoring.- Overseeing the delivery of the Auckland Housing Programme with Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities. - Identifying and implementing change projects for increased team efficiency. - Managing relationships with key development stakeholders, such as Watercare, Healthy Waters and Auckland Transport.- Highlighting where team outcomes are at risk using reporting and other evidence and implementing operational change to overcome challenges.
