Military Healthcare System, TRICARE Management Activity Network Operations- Key player in CMMI Level 3 certification and accreditation effort. Effectively managed a strategic demonstration project, ultimately resulting in receipt of CMMI Level 3 certification. - Led cross-functional team assessing the TRICARE network’s IPv6 capability; developed IPv6 compliance and transition plan in response to DoD directives. - Successfully led the implementation of EnCase, a network forensics tool, in support of network security needs. - Spearheaded a network design project with emphasis on requirements identification, design and implementation of the Defense Center of Excellence network and infrastructure.

- Managed team of project managers implementing VoIP services for small/mid-size businesses.
