Dedicated to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) managed services telecom contract, which supports the CDC’s Avaya Blue PBX systems, AudioCodes gateways, and Microsoft Teams enterprise voice support. This includes installing hardware, patching, equipment diagrams, moves, adds, changes, ACD implementation, routing, coordinated dialing plan changes, SIP routes, and working with our network engineer on any network connectivity issues.•Manage Poly Real Presence Resource Manager by installing all software updates for the server and security certificate updates for 15,000 SIP telephones. Work with Poly Tier three support when vendor support is needed•Manage technical escalations for Avaya, Microsoft Teams enterprise voice, AudioCodes, ‘At Comm, and Poly for all CDC locations within the continental US and globally•Work in Microsoft PowerShell for both Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Skype for Business user account changes, migrating 20,000 users, reporting and day to day troubleshooting•Built and determined changes needed to Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams auto attendants, call queues, or resource accounts by providing administration support and troubleshooting support•Utilize reporting applications such as Microsoft Power BI, AudioCodes OVOC, and ‘At Comm Call Detail records to provide weekly management reports and call detail records•Coordinated and installed applications with multiple third-party vendors, and partnered with CDC to set up virtual servers in the data center•Manage multiple providers to provide sales quotes to the Federal Government customer for large and small equipment orders, yearly support & maintenance contract renewals•Complete all CDC OCISO Certification and Analysis Packages for all Avaya VoIP Systems in place at the CDC
