I have 20 years experience in the Retail and customer service industry. I was BORN to talk! So working in a role where I can share, train and lead others every day is my dream job!!I never knew what I wanted to be when I was younger, especially when I got into retail very early on. It was a job that was only going to be for a 'short time', or until I 'figured it out'. At that time, I never thought retail would be a career, but here I am 20 years later with no regrets and a successful retail history predominantly in the makeup and fashion industry.I have developed my skills over the last decade to reach the level of a National Sales Manager and National Sales Trainer overseeing the sales and education of some of Australia’s top brands across Australia and New Zealand.My passion is training and development and I love passing on my knowledge and experience to others who want to grow and be successful! I make sure that I never leave a training conversation without knowing I added value to that team member. I specialise in strategic thinking, lightbulb moments and levelling up a team members skill base. I want my team to know retail isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to grow and learn so much about people, culture, relationships and sales. I want to work somewhere with a great culture, where I can be a cultural ambassador for the brand. The goal is knowing and understanding the culture through the Brand, the product, the team and the customer. Then sharing this with the team and ensuring I am making a difference through every training session, conversation and store visit.
