Amy began her career at PwC, where she honed her skills in HR consulting. She then transitioned to the company’s EMEA growth program where she worked on transformation projects that included leadership development programs, retention strategies, high-end RPO, internal mobility and talent management. She played a fundamental role in the firm’s growth years and took ownership of Partner level acquisition. Currently, as a Partner at AMS Advisors in London, Amy leverages her extensive industry knowledge to provide strategic consulting and leadership solutions. She has supported many of the leading service firms in legal, management consulting, media, technology, amongst other fields.
