Currently, I am the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at Thirdlove. I truly enjoy bring the marketing, creative and digital team together for a best in class customer experience. Thirdlove is an intimate apparel company with a large DTC business and 8 retail locations.Prior to this, I was the co-founder of PYT Beauty, a clean, affordable and high performance cosmetics company. I also had the privilege of working at Sephora, where I led the CRM team which includes Customer Research (what she says), Customer Analytics (what she does) and CRM Strategy (what to do about it) as well the Personalization initiative for the entire company. This led me to really understand consumer behavior for beauty.I started my retail career at Gap Inc, I was responsible for the strategy for all the customer payment solutions (co-brand and private label cards), mobile payments, loyalty programs, direct to customer marketing and the marketing effectiveness analysis that goes along with them. This role is both cross channel (online and stores) and across all the Gap Inc. brands (gap, banana republic, old navy, piperlime, athleta). With prior years in finance, strategy and consulting, this complements the marketing organization and together I am able to drive incremental sales across organizations.
