Digital Marketing Manager
CurrentLead digital activities for the North American Customer Center (US, Canada, Mexico), spearheading a communication strategy to increase our brand presence in targeted market segments. Roles & Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and develop a digital team to achieve strategic goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and content creation.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product marketing and global divisional customer experience teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall brand strategy and execution of marketing initiatives on both a local (North America) and global scale.Campaign Execution: Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns within an aligned marketing budget.Demand & Lead Generation: Lead inbound and outbound marketing efforts to generate and nurture leads, implement lead scoring, and seamlessly deliver qualified leads to the sales team.Content Creation: Create and oversee the design and production of trade and consumer advertising, promotional materials, and literature.Product Launches: Coordinate with local and global Product Marketing Managers to execute marketing activities and campaigns in support of new product launches.Cross-functional Partnership: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including business line managers, sales, service, social media, e-commerce, and creative agencies, to integrate solutions and drive innovative solutions.Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a multi-tiered communication plan across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.Website Management: Maintain and optimize local websites for enhanced customer engagement and user experience.Performance Metrics: Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against brand KPIs.
