• Project manager for scheduling the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 training calendar for the BMW Group Academy UK. Including non-technical, Motorrad, Management, Financial Services and regional training. Oversaw technical and apprentice training also. Scheduling over 700 training course totaling 36,000 training man-days each year. • Organise regional training requirements – Scotland, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland. Sourcing venues, liaising with senior managers and managing budgets.• Control all scheduling data on excel spreadsheets, pivot tables and dealt with large volume of emails. • Central point of contact for any requests or bookings of resources. Monitored on central spreadsheet and systems. Implemented new asset tag & booking processes. Carry out monthly stock take of store rooms. • Responsible for ordering stationery and resource requirement. Stock management. • Responsible for ordering all course workbooks and printing material.• Centralised, managed and reduced area’s spending and suppliers. • Assist Fleet Coordinator in movement of fleet.

• Welcome guests to the BMW Group Academy. Host VIP guests within the Academy including senior managers and external visitors.• Responsible for checking driving licenses of delegates, liaise with the DVLA on some occasions. • Support trainers in the set up of rooms, liaising with delegates and organising courses. • Ensure the BMW Brand is maintained. Upkeep of BMW & MINI Brand rooms.• Project manager of offsite training. Work closely with trainers and Retailers to organise training to take place within dealerships. • Assisted with 2015 Scheduling for training Academy. Liaising with trainers, management and advisors.• Answering enquiries that come in via the phone or email. Speaking directly with Retailers and customers.• Working with our system to manage training records, creating and editing training events and working with training reports. • Creating and managing tickets to resolve problems with the system. Work closely with the Germany office. • Responsible for ordering the stationery requirements of the Academy. Manage the stock of classroom resources and stationery, work alongside several suppliers to ensure the Academy is fully equipped. Sourcing new, cheaper suppliers.
