I am a passionate lecturer, keen to engage and enthuse students in cutting edge discoveries in biomedical sciences. I am interested in finding new ways to use technology and interactive learning to develop students into independent learners.My research focuses on understanding the structural basis for molecular interactions involved in cell signalling and disease development.Specialities: Cancer cell biology. Cell signalling. Cloning. Bacterial, baculoviral and mammalian protein expression. Protein purification. Enzymology. Crystallisation. Protein binding assays.
