• Proactively work with customers to minimize churn
• Analyze customer’s contracts and agreements
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding contract status, moves, and cancellation requests
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Negotiate with the customers in order to resolve disputes and maintain customer relationships
• Preparation of customer service agreements and other documentation as necessary to manage customer relationships in the most optimum manner

• Manage and support corporate accounts for both Wireless and Wireline services
• Support accounts post-sales, including on-boarding
• Support accounts with any issues that may occur including billing, ordering and troubleshooting
• Partner with internal departments for cross collaboration for timely issue resolution
• Analyze data and monitor accounts to identify savings opportunities and implement cost saving changes
• Run reports for the customer when requested

• Take incoming calls from new and existing customers
• Answer general questions about company and how site works
• Provide customers with order information
• Assist customers with any problems that may occur while they are using our services

• Cold call for new accounts
• Present products to potential new policyholders
• Enroll new policyholders
• Assist current policyholders with any problems that may occur

• Process applications
• Attend on-sites
• Sell wireless phones to new and existing customers
• Answer inbound customer calls
• Provide potential customers information and evaluate existing customers’ accounts
